If you are looking for results-oriented, supportive, culturally affirming, and compassionate treatment to improve your mental health and quality of life, I may be able to help. My psychotherapy services are evidence-based and provided using telehealth to meet you wherever you are in California.

  • Develop healthy relationships and boundaries.

  • Recover from past hurts and traumas.

  • Increase insight and understanding of how your past experiences and formative relationships have affected you.

  • Develop a greater sense of empowerment and choice in your life.

  • Set and achieve goals aligned with your core values to create a fulfilling and meaningful life.
