Treatment Approaches
My WORK is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally conscious.
I understand that many carry more than what’s visible including family expectations, cultural pressures, systemic stress, and experiences that shape how safety and success are felt in the body. Therapy is a collaborative space where we make sense of those layers with honesty, steadiness, and respect.
You are the expert in your lived experience. My role is to offer structure, insight, and practical tools that help you move toward meaningful change — at a pace that feels intentional, not overwhelming. I won’t push you beyond what feels grounded, and I won’t underestimate your capacity to grow.
Treatment is personalized and results-oriented. I draw primarily from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address underlying patterns rather than just symptoms. When helpful, I integrate elements of Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, psychodynamic, existential, and mindfulness-based approaches to support deeper insight and lasting change.
